The espresso machine is a Francis Francis X1. It draws a perfect espresso every time, and is small and energy efficient -- an excellent single-head machine. (A two-group machine would speed things up.)
The espresso maker has a water line going to it from the water pump.
Everything is bolted down to the stainless steel counter, which is bolted down to the truck.
The refrigerator is bolted to the floor.
The appliances draw electricity from the inverter that is bolted to the underside of the counter.
The inverter draws current from the batteries, which are partially enclosed and wired to a battery charger. All you have to do when you get home is plug in the battery charger and it will be ready to go again when the charger automatically shuts off.
The generator is only used for extended-use and backup.
